What is a copper scrap baler?

The scrap copper packaging machine can directly cold press powdered cast iron shavings, steel shavings, copper shavings, aluminum shavings, mineral powder, iron drums, etc. into cakes for storage, transportation, and furnace recycling and reuse.

The characteristics of copper scrap packaging machine

1. All models are hydraulically driven. Manual or PLC automatic control operation can be selected.
2. Installation does not require foot screws, and diesel engines can be used as power in areas without power supply.
3. There are two forms of packaging: flipping and pushing.
4. There are eight levels of extrusion pressure from 63 tons to 400 tons, and production efficiency ranges from 0.5 tons/hour to 20 tons/hour.
5. The size of the feeding box and the shape and size of the package can be customized according to the user’s raw material specifications.
